Legal Judgment Recovery

Q:  Please tell me the bad news first; how much is this going to cost me?
A:  Our policy is simple, you pay nothing, zero, nada, zilch....if we don't collect.  You will have no up front "out-of-YOUR-pocket" expenses.  In other words you have nothing to lose.  Your Judgment Recovery agent lays out all up-front and advance expenses.  If collection is successful he will be reimbursed from the money recovered.

Q:  Do you accept all assignments?

A:  No, we do not.  Each case is evaluated on its own merit.  The size of the judgment, the rendered verdict, must be at least $ 10,000.00.  We do not accept cases where verdicts were rendered in JP, Small Claims or equivalent courts.

Q:   What if I don't think that it can be collected; what if I see it as hopeless?
A:  This is not a good sign.  It doesn't motivate us to bend over backwards to enforce and collect your judgment.  We probably will not accept the assignment from you.

Q:  I don't know if my debtor can afford to pay the judgment.
A: You may discover that you know more than you realize right now, but you may not know that we have excellent resources for locating assets, including hidden assets, bank accounts, property including real estate, brokerage accounts, other investments, cars, trucks, other vehicles, boats, and more.  We research criminal records, liens, other judgments, etc.  We are Judgment Recovery specialists.  We've been doing it for a long time and we are really very good at it.

Q:  Why can't I do this myself?  I'm not lazy or stupid.
A: About 85% of all lawful judgments are never collected.  This means that only 15 out of every 100 judgments get enforced and collected.  It is only the smallest portion of these that are accomplished by untrained people collecting their own judgments.  Individuals are often scammed by phony judgment collection schools who take their money and wave goodbye.  Even if you file and win a lawsuit against one of these phony schools how will you collect it?  Successful collection requires lots of detailed knowledge, training and experience.  Do you agree that the odds are very much against you without hiring legitimate professional services to do all of this for you.  No hype here, no baloney.

Q:  OK, I realize that I probably cannot do this myself.  I hire your company and you succeed in collecting some or all of the money owed by my debtor, how much will I have to pay you.  What is the deal here, how is it figured?

A:  Here are the basic terms of your contract with us:

You assign OWNERSHIP of the judgment to us under all of the following terms:  Our fee is a mutually agreed percentage of the total funds recovered. The exact percentage to be determined by mutual agreement before we accept your case.   We cover all costs , expenses and fees necessary to attempt collection of the judgment.  These are then deducted from the funds collected.  Our fee is variable depending on the individual case.  We later petition the court to authorize the collection of these costs in order to recover these expenses for you.  Ideally these costs will actually be paid by the debtor, and you will have recovered the agreed full percentage of the money owed to you.

Recovering the collectible part of a large judgment  may not seem like enough, right?  Weigh this against recovering 0% -- nothing, zero, nada, zilch.  Do you agree that half a loaf is better than none?  Without professional help your legal judgment has an 85% chance of never being collected at all.  You have nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain.  Think about it.
