To Collect Legal Judgements?

Attorneys typically require an advance retainer and bill you by the hour for their time.  They collect whether or not they succeed in collecting the judgment for you.  Lawyers do not generally have the training, skills or the experience needed to get the job done correctly.  It is common for attorneys and other legal professionals to use our professional services as regards issues of judgment recovery, finding hidden assets, judgment domestications and more.  Attorneys are ideal for initiating or defending lawsuits, but not quite appropriate as enforcers and collectors of legal judgments. 

Unlike attorneys and law offices, we do not require you to pay any up-front out-of-your-pocket expenses, not even a dime.  No hourly fees.  We get paid ONLY when are successful.  Hey, some of our best friends are lawyers, but their primary goal is putting money in their own bank accounts, not yours.  Their job is to win cases.  Many do it very well and very expensively.  Use the right tool for the right job; the right professional for the right task.  Simple, no?
